How does TuPago work?

Step 1
On the Home Page enter the total amount of $CAD or Bs. you wish to send.
You will automatically see the amount of Bs. that the Beneficiary is going to receive according to the rate of the day, then click on SEND REMITTANCES.
Step 2
Then in the Remittance Cart Page, you will check the total amount you will send, when you are sure you will click on COMPLETE PAYMENT.
3rd Step
You will click on CREATE A NEW BENEFICIARY and then enter your personal data in the APPLICANT DATA. If you are already registered, you will find the Beneficiaries in the drop-down table of the APPLICATION.
Here you can add new Beneficiaries, you can also change the amount to send.
4th Step
After verifying that the data is correct, click on MAKE REMITTANCE, at the end you will see the information of the remittance made and you will receive e-mail notifications of the status of the operation and the contact information where you should send the receipt.
Upon confirmation of your payment, we will proceed to make your remittance. Shortly you will receive the proof of payment via Whatsapp or email.

We do not charge commission for our service.
We handle amounts from $30 CAD (Canadian dollars) to a maximum of $2,950 CAD (Canadian dollars). From $990 CAD (Canadian dollars) and above, you will be asked for additional information.
At the time of registration you will be asked for information such as name, surname, address and contact methods.
When making a remittance you must provide bank details of the beneficiary. If mobile payment is required, the telephone number affiliated to the beneficiary’s bank account must be provided.
The money will be paid in minutes depending on the destination bank of your remittance. In the case of a bank with which we are not affiliated, your payment will be effective the day after you have made your remittance, after 12:00 p.m. noon.

If we have the mobile payment option, however, a remittance to any bank arrives immediately without the need to use mobile payment.
